GILSON GYM
Most of us would like to
work out more. But going to the gym can be an uncomfortable experience – for some girls, joining the gentlemen in the school gym can be
quite intimidating. So my belated Christmas present to the girls was their
very own gym in Gilson. It might not be
the largest of gyms and the equipment is rather condensed but I’m glad to see
that it is being used on a regular basis.
It’s an area where the girls can let off some steam, or simply use to
improve their fitness levels - whilst also being social. It appears that the tuck shop is reaping the
benefits too, as some are often consuming what they have burned off!
